At Dogs4Rescue, our dogs live stress-free and fear-free, playing, interacting and learning constantly while we clean up after them and ensure their living quarters are of the highest standards. Based in Accrington, we are on the lookout for another Dog Handler to join our tiny team.

You must have experience working with packs of dogs and be able to exhibit working with varied behavioural needs whilst being able to read the dogs' body language. Rescue experience is an advantage. Whether you’re currently working for another rescue and craving real change, or you’re in the doggy daycare scene and seeking a fresh challenge, if you’ve got dog-handling skills and want a meaningful opportunity, we want to hear from you!

As one of our Dog Handlers, you’ll build confidence to be a pack leader! Your duties will include:

  • Feeding
  • Lots of cleaning
  • Spending quality time helping to understand and rehabilitate dogs with different kinds of personalities and temperaments to help get them home-ready

You’ll be part of a dog-handling team united by the same mission, so we’re on the lookout for individuals with the following traits:
