We're looking for a Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant to be responsible for provide support to our Regular Giving Fundraising team, who are responsible for some of our most popular fundraising products.
- advise internal teams and external fulfilment companies regarding public queries relating to regular giving products, ensuring enquiries and complaints are handled swiftly and effectively,
- provide support for the Sponsor a Dog scheme, from arranging photoshoots to liaising with rehoming centres to prepare new sponsor dogs information,
- assist with the day-to-day running of the Companion Club, ensuring a smooth experience for our dedicated supporters,
- contribute to copywriting and planning for Sponsor a Dog content.
This role is fixed term until September 2027. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for 7th, 8th and 9th September 2026 and will take place on Teams.
