You will have strong organisation and planning skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex and highly confidential information. You will be a fantastic communicator with a pragmatic and 'can-do' approach to your work, and a willingness to support colleagues across a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks.

About the team: The Operations division includes all the ‘mission delivery’ aspects of Dogs Trust’s work. This encompasses a network of 21 rehoming centres helping dogs whose owners can no longer care for them; teams focused on preventing relinquishment and euthanasia through provision of behaviour support, fostering dogs to support owners fleeing domestic abuse and working to increase access to pet friendly housing; specialist vet and welfare teams supporting best practice in dog welfare across operations; a team focused on both internal and external dog and owner data; and a dedicated programme and project team.

About Dogs Trust: We love dogs. That’s why we do whatever we can to make sure every four-legged friend gets the love they deserve. We’ll never put a healthy dog down, so our work is focused on helping dogs in need, supporting owners every step of the walk, and creating a better world for dogs in the future. It’s what we’ve been doing since 1891 and how we’ve grown to become the UK’s leading dog charity, helping 12,000 loyal friends find their forever homes every year.

The closing date for applications is 15th March 2026.
