Are you a performance analyst who is passionate about using data to drive decision making? We’re looking for a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning) to analyse data to enhance campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity.

What does this role do?

  • Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics.
  • Manage and optimise the ingestion of multi-channel data feeds into a central data platform, ensuring accurate integration, cleansing, and alignment of data from multiple sources to enable reliable reporting and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, insights and key performance drivers, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering and maintaining an experimentation log.
  • Deliver econometric modelling to understand the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and managing brand health. You’ll bring experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling, alongside strong data handling skills and the ability to create automated dashboards. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for a range of stakeholders. A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach.
