Are you passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences that make a real difference?

We’re looking for a Digital Services Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of a dynamic portfolio of digital services. As the subject matter expert in this area, you will play a critical role in ensuring our digital tools not only meet user needs but also integrate smoothly within the wider organisational and service landscape.

What does this role do?

As a Digital Services Manager you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of digital services, ensuring they meet user needs and drive engagement across a broad range of audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix management environment, working closely with Digital Product Managers, IT, Digital Marketing, and Insight teams to deliver high-quality digital developments on time.
• Manage third-party digital suppliers in collaboration with Procurement and Product teams, ensuring effective onboarding and delivery against agreed timelines and standards.
• Act as a key liaison with IT, overseeing technical planning, risk management, and alignment with infrastructure, architecture, and security standards.
• Champion user-centric digital service design, ensuring services are grounded in research, data insights, and customer journey mapping, while embedding agile delivery practices and continuous performance optimisation.

With expert understanding of digital service design and user design thinking you will excel at leading delivery of a portfolio in digital services in complex environment. You will have strong experience in creating and using service blueprints to map end-to-end user journeys and ability of working in a matrix management environment bringing together a broad range of teams.

What do we do?

The Digital team is responsible for developing and maintaining Dogs Trust\’s digital presence, including its website. Within the Digital team, the Digital Front-End Product team focuses on developing the user experience across our website by optimising our current website and developing new digital products and services.
