Dogs Trust in London is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to ensure colleagues across the charity receive excellent, end-to-end IT support. You will monitor and supervise a team, triage tickets, manage your own incidents and coordinate with third-party providers to resolve issues quickly.
You’ll join regular service review meetings with partners and internal teams, and provide on-site support at rehoming centres and charity shops.
