We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our rehabilitation facilities, providing physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to support dogs' recovery and wellbeing while enhancing their kennel environment. You will manage the rehabilitation suite and associated facilities, delivering tailored exercise and therapy programmes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with vets, welfare, and behaviour teams to assess dogs' clinical and mental health, provide case updates, and contribute to welfare reviews.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, patient records, stock, invoices, and providing pre- and post-adoption support to adopters.
  • Supervise and support staff in the rehabilitation facility, ensuring health and safety compliance, and stay up to date with professional training and best practices.

Qualifications

  • You will hold relevant canine hydrotherapy and physiotherapy qualifications with hands-on experience, able to work independently and supervise others.
  • You will have strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills, a good understanding of dog welfare, and the resilience, fitness, and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
