Dogs Trust in St Neots seeks a commercially minded Assistant Shop Manager to oversee staff, stock and shop premises at our charity shop.
This 15 hours per week role offers £10,300 pro-rata per year (full-time equivalent £25,750) plus benefits, with the chance to inspire volunteers, drive sales and represent the Dogs Trust brand within the local community.
You will lead a team of volunteers, maintain shop presentation, and work with local rehoming centers to maximise profits and community impact.
