Are you an animal lover who is passionate about delivering first-class customer service? We’re looking for a Resourcing Administrator to ensure everyone who applies for roles with Dogs Trust has a smooth, memorable candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for job applicants, responding to queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring candidates have an excellent experience.
- Support with queries from hiring managers, escalating to the rest of the Resourcing team where necessary.
- Complete recruitment administration, from booking interviews via the system, to providing candidates with interview feedback.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 20 January 2026, and will take place on Teams.
Requirements/Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some administration experience, ideally in an HR context, with familiarity around the importance of GDPR. We’re looking for someone with customer service experience, who understands the importance of communicating with candidates professionally and politely, and delivering a prompt, high quality service in all interactions. You’ll also need to be organized, as this role looks after some high-traffic inboxes, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
