Compensation: £27,675 per year + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for job applicants, responding to queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring candidates have an excellent experience.
- Support with queries from hiring managers, escalating to the rest of the Resourcing team where necessary.
- Complete recruitment administration, from booking interviews via the system, to providing candidates with interview feedback.
Interviews: Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 20 January 2026, and will take place on Teams.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Some administration experience, ideally in an HR context, with familiarity around the importance of GDPR.
- Customer service experience, understanding the importance of communicating with candidates professionally and politely.
- Ability to deliver a prompt, high quality service in all interactions.
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
