We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who can help maintain a stable, secure and forward‐thinking technology environment that supports everything Dogs Trust does for dogs and the people who care for them.

About The Role

  • Maintain and support on‐premise and cloud infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, telephony and print solutions.
  • Manage core Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune and MDM.
  • Support and maintain business‐critical third‐party applications across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Infrastructure project pipeline, including Azure migrations and network upgrade rollouts.

About You

We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, gained through relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, and a background in infrastructure support. You will bring strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder skills, with broad knowledge across networking, Microsoft environments, identity management, device and configuration management, email, DNS and PowerShell. A full UK driving licence is essential.

You will be part of a skilled and supportive Infrastructure Team and IT Department that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. We work across a variety of exciting initiatives; from deploying IT infrastructure platforms that help our people help dog owners to enhancing data systems that expand our impact. Our culture is friendly, flexible, and purpose‐driven, with most of your time spent working from home and regular, focused collaboration days in our London office. It is an environment where people share ideas, learn from each other, and take pride in building technology that truly makes a difference.

Note: This is a contract until June 2027.
