Are you an inspirational retailer looking for a great place to reach your full potential? We are looking for a Supervisor to join our busy team in St Neots, working 7.5 hours per week.

What does this role do?

  • Lead and inspire a team of busy, dynamic volunteers that deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of presentation through effective merchandising, using commercial decision making to drive best use of space available.
  • Be instrumental in ensuring your store is a successful hub of the community, working closely with Rehoming Centres and representing the Dogs Trust brand.
