We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager who will plan and deliver internal communications strategies that engage colleagues with the organisation’s mission, vision, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality internal communications to share updates and stories across the charity, engaging and inspiring colleagues with the new strategy.
  • Produce creative content for multiple channels, including intranet, internal social media feeds and colleague newsletters.
  • Lead activities to embed the strategy, including internal events and intranet content.
  • Ensure all internal communications output is measured to assess impact and capture lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Internal communications experience with a proven record of developing and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and an eye for identifying compelling stories, drafting creative and emotive copy that clearly delivers organisational messages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, passion for the work, and understanding of the role of internal communication in delivering strategy.
