Do you want to help keep a busy dog-loving workplace running smoothly? We’re looking for a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of Dogs Trust’s London office. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain supplies and equipment, and assist with facilities tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors.
What does this role do?
- Coordinate facilities contracts, office supplies, and related purchase orders and invoices.
- Provide support to colleagues and visitors, including meeting room setup, AV assistance, and reception cover.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers, ensuring timely distribution and deliveries.
- Maintain communal areas, monitor stock, report building issues, and carry out First Aid and Fire Marshal duties.
