What does this role do?

  • Lead and inspire a team of busy, dynamic volunteers that deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of presentation through effective merchandising.
  • Use commercial decision making to drive best use of space available.
  • Be instrumental in ensuring your store is a successful hub of the community.
  • Work closely with Rehoming Centres and represent the Dogs Trust brand.
