Description
What does this role do?
- Be supervising and supporting Dog Welfare Assistants to make sure our four-legged friends get their daily exercise, training and enrichment and that their kennels are clean and comfortable until we find them their forever home,
- Co-ordinating the kennel block, helping with induction and training, completing monthly supervisions, and making sure Dog Welfare Assistants feel supported at work,
- Be continuously driving high standards of dog care and ensuring SOPs and processes are followed
- Occasionally be site supervisor on a rota basis.
