We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our rehabilitation facilities, providing physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to support dogs’ recovery and wellbeing while enhancing their kennel environment. Please note, this is a part time role working 30 hours per week over 4 days.
What does this role do?
- Manage the rehabilitation suite and associated facilities, delivering tailored exercise and therapy programmes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment.
- Work closely with vets, welfare, and behaviour teams to assess dogs’ clinical and mental health, provide case updates, and contribute to welfare reviews.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, patient records, stock, invoices, and providing pre- and post-adoption support to adopters.
- Supervise and support staff in the rehabilitation facility, ensuring health and safety compliance, and stay up to date with professional training and best practices.

The Rehoming department is responsible for helping as many dogs as possible find their forever homes, whether they are cared for in our network of Rehoming Centres, in a foster home or by their current owner using the Home Stay scheme. We strive to achieve excellence in our rehoming processes and to ensure the highest standards of veterinary and behaviour care through our highly skilled teams.
