Dog is looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to join our Glasgow team. We’re looking for someone with a strong all-round marketing skill set – confident in delivering high-performing organic social campaigns, paid media, combined with strong SEO knowledge.

In this role, you’ll be planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms – from social and search to outdoor, print, and broadcast. And because our clients span industries from finance to entertainment to alcohol brands, you\’ll get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of campaign types every single day.

You’ll bring proven experience in crafting, delivering, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns, with a creative flair for generating engaging content ideas that resonate with audiences. Your attention to detail and drive to continuously test, learn, and improve will be key to this role and you’ll work collaboratively with our creative, design, development, client services, and project management teams to bring your ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Plan, build, and optimise high-performance organic and paid social, search, and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Generate fresh, creative content campaign ideas that engage audiences and align with client objectives.
  • Write engaging creative briefs to guide content development.
  • Incorporate SEO strategy into campaigns, making full use of tools such as SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
  • Analyse competitive landscapes to inform campaign direction.
  • Develop marketing strategies across a variety of formats and platforms — social media, search & display, video, OOH, radio, TV, and print.
  • Performance & Insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for maximum impact.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Use social media management and analytics tools to report results clearly and effectively.
  • Client & Team Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted extension of their team.
  • Confidently present campaign plans and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Work alongside other agencies to create seamless, cross-channel marketing activity.
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house) with strong skills in both organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Solid SEO knowledge, including experience with tools such as SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console.
  • Working knowledge of paid search and the wider marketing landscape
  • Experience with a variety of marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Results-focused with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to present clearly and build strong relationships.
