We are an established events venue, pub, dining serving a premium collection of draught & craft beers, local London spirits and fine wines.
We offer the best in seasonal, fresh, British produce for our menu and have 25 exquisite bedrooms above in our boutique hotel.
Just a 10-minute walk from Wimbledon train station and on several bus routes we are easy to reach and busy all year long.
With Wimbledon Tennis Championships in the summer and Christmas functions throughout the winter there is never a boring moment at the Dog & Fox Hotel!

We're looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our talented kitchen team and help shape the next chapter of our food offering.
About the role
No two days are the same.
From serving breakfast to our hotel guests, delivering outstanding à la carte service, producing beautiful wedding feasts, catering for large private events and creating memorable seasonal menus, you'll be at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll have the opportunity to
- Lead, retain and train a passionate and ambitious kitchen team.
- Drive menu development with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Deliver exceptional food across restaurant, terrace, events and hotel operations.
- Oversee weddings, private functions and bespoke dining experiences.
- Maintain outstanding food quality, consistency and kitchen standards.
- Manage GP, labour, stock control and supplier relationships.
- Recruit, coach and develop the next generation of chefs.
- We're looking for someone who
- Has previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
- Thrives in a high-volume, quality-led environment.
