Dog Friendly Co. is a fast-scaling, global DTC pet lifestyle brand redefining what premium looks like for modern dog owners. We are building a brand people want to follow - not just ads they scroll past.

We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence end-to-end: growth, culture, brand voice, community, and the translation of attention into revenue. This role is for someone who deeply understands how modern platforms work, what actually goes viral, how culture moves, and how to turn organic momentum into a real growth lever.

The Role

You will own all organic social performance across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and emerging channels), with full accountability for growth, engagement, reach, and downstream impact on the business. This is not a posting or scheduling role. This is a creative + strategic + leadership role.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the organic social strategy across all platforms – growth, content, voice, cadence, and experimentation
  • Build and execute viral‐first content frameworks aligned with culture, trends, and platform mechanics
  • Work closely with content creators, photographers, videographers, and editors to produce high‐performing content at scale
  • Identify, recruit, and manage content superstars and creators who can help us reach millions
  • Lead and manage the Community Coordinator, ensuring community engagement supports brand and growth goals
  • Partner with Influencer, Creative, and Performance teams to amplify launches, campaigns, and brand moments
  • Translate attention into action – funneling organic traffic back to the website in smart, native ways
  • Track, analyze, and own all organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, traffic, assisted revenue)
  • Stay relentlessly ahead of platform changes, trends, formats, and cultural shifts
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience driving organic viral growth for a brand or creator‐led business
  • Deep understanding of the attention economy, platform algorithms, and internet culture
  • Strong creative instincts – you know why content works, not just that it does
  • Experience managing creators, freelancers, or in‐house content teams
  • Highly analytical but creatively driven – you care about metrics and brand equity
  • Comfortable owning results and moving fast without hand‐holding
  • Passion for brand, storytelling, and building something people genuinely care about
Bonus (Not Required, But Powerful)
  • You are also a content creator yourself (on TikTok, Instagram, or similar)
  • You’ve built or are building a personal audience and understand virality from first‐hand experience
  • You’re comfortable stepping in front of the camera when it makes sense for the brand
Why This Role Matters

Organic social is a core growth lever for Dog Friendly Co. This role will directly influence:

  • Brand equity
  • Cultural relevance
  • Audience growth
  • Revenue contribution

You’ll have real ownership, real resources, and a brand with the ambition to become iconic.

The Setup
  • Fully remote
  • Direct collaboration with leadership and creative teams
  • Opportunity to build and lead a best‐in‐class social function
