This is a unique and exciting role leading 2 small kitchens across 2 Soho pubs. They are in very close proximity and the right candidate will lead both kitchen teams. It is a hands-on role and will combine cooking with planning and organising. As Head Chef at the Dog & Duck and Three Greyhounds, you will lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You will be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you will keep our guests coming back for more.
