We are looking for a Team Lead to join our ROV Department! DOF's ROV department consists of personnel onshore and offshore within various roles. We are currently looking for a Team Lead who will be dedicated to support the department on the people side!
The Team Lead will work closely together with the Department Manager supporting the personnel's entire life cycle from recruitment and onboarding, to training, development and workforce planning. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our talents.
Some of your main responsibilities in this role include:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with HR to screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure new hires are welcomed and equipped with the training they need to succeed.
- Training & Development: Drive career development initiatives, succession planning, and conduct annual appraisals to support continuous growth and performance.
- Workforce Planning: Ensure effective staffing across onshore and offshore teams by aligning personnel planning with operational needs.

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Business Administration or similar.
- Relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office package.
- Fluent in English.
