As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)
- Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Management of subcontracts and subcontractors
- Experience in site management of fabrication subcontractors and Site Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing of equipment and tooling packages for the oil and gas industry
- Management of QA/QC principles
- Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards
- Understanding of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques
- Awareness of project management tools and techniques
