We’re looking for a Junior Video and Content Creator to join our growing Marketing & Communications team, supporting a dynamic and expanding portfolio across the Atlantic Region. With a strong pipeline of work already secured into 2027, demand for high-quality video and content continues to rise. About the role
This is a blended, content-focused role where you’ll contribute across multiple areas:
- Atlantic Region marketing priorities – supporting campaigns and storytelling across the UK, Norway, and West Africa
- DSUS Region – creating content for North American stakeholders (USA and Canada)
- Corporate communications and other regions – delivering internal and external communications content where required
You’ll be involved in the full content lifecycle—filming, editing, and producing video and digital content that brings our work to life.

About the team
You’ll be part of a collaborative UK-based team alongside a Marketing & Communications Lead and an experienced Videographer & Digital Content Creator, working closely together to deliver content across international regions.

Requirements
- Relevant education or early career experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline (e.g. graduate-level)
- Strong content creation skills, including video production, filming, editing, and digital content development
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, basic design platforms)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle a mix of planned regional work, DSUS deliverables, and ad-hoc Corporate requests
- Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles, with an appetite to develop strategic capability over time
- Collaborative approach, working effectively across geographical regions and within a blended delivery model with frequent travel to US, Europe and West Africa required
- Willingness to be based in or support the Atlantic Region (UK/Norway/), with flexibility to align with regional priorities and workload sharing.
- Ability and willingness to travel offshore (training will be provided) when required to support filming, content capture, and on-site communication activities
