We are seeking an experienced Inspection Coordinator to lead and manage multi-location subsea inspection campaigns, mostly in the North Sea, but worldwide expected. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, offshore execution, reporting, and offshore client liaison, ensuring all inspection activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Mandatory: Valid CSWIP 3.4u Subsea Inspection Controller certification.
Essential:
- Nexus IC inspection software experience.
- Demonstrable experience prior Experience as an offshore Inspection Coordinator.
- Demonstrable experience as a Subsea / Pipeline Inspection Engineer.
- Experience with ROV structural inspections, pipeline surveys and associated NDT techniques.
Desirable: experience of BP UK North Sea asset Inspection. Additional NDT certifications in CP, UT, ACFM are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute offshore subsea inspection campaigns.
- Translate Scope of Work into practical inspection plans and reporting deliverables.
- Lead and supervise offshore inspection teams, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
- Review inspection data, footage and documentation, issuing final reports to company and client standards.
- Liaise with offshore management, ROV teams, vessel crew and client representatives.
- Ensure safe operation of inspection and NDT equipment and safeguarding of inspection data.
- Promote and comply with DOF HSE policies, procedures and values.
