Join DOF's growth as a ROV Pilot Technician! We are currently looking for multiple ROV Pilot Technicians to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will support a wide range of offshore projects onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, while gaining knowledge and collaborating with our experienced and passionate ROV team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and repair on assigned ROV systems.
- Participate in familiarization and debriefing activities prior to mobilization and demobilizations.
- Carry out pre-dive and post-dive checks, preventative maintenance routines, and ensure all activities, defects, and repairs are accurately recorded in dive logs and system documentation.
We are looking for experienced ROV Pilots with strong knowledge and understanding of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ROV and LARS systems. The main fleet of DOF ROV/LARS systems consists of:
- ROV Systems: Kystdesign Shilling UHD, Perry/Forum XLX, XLR, and XLX-C, Argus
- LARS Systems: ODIM/Rolls Royce, Cetix/Sepro, Ulmatec, Dynacon, MacArtney, Evotec

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years offshore experience from ROV operations or relevant training program can compensate for lack of experience.
- Qualified in Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulics or Mechanics.
- Documented IMCA based competence log for ROV Pilot Technician II (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency).
- Experience within IMR projects is beneficial.
- Experience within inspection/3.3U is beneficial.
