Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative assistant work with our current Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the organisation by providing high-quality administrative and clerical support. The post holder is responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, preparing documents and reports, and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills to ensure administrative processes are delivered accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.

The Main Responsibilities Of This Role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing systems, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diaries, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes where required.
  • Maintain accurate databases and information systems, ensuring data is recorded, updated, and handled confidentially.
  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional customer service and liaising effectively with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
