Demolition Project Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance Location: Leicestershire-based (travel to sites as required) Contract: Permanent or Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established and growing contractor operating within the demolition and enabling works sector.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager or Demolition Contracts Manager to join their operational team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships and leading high-performing site teams while working on a wide range of technically challenging demolition and enabling works schemes across the UK.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage demolition and enabling works projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include

  • Managing multiple demolition and enabling works projects.
  • Planning and coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and materials.
  • Leading project teams and supporting Site Managers.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and attending project meetings.
  • Monitoring programme, budgets and commercial performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • Managing project risks, reporting progress and resolving operational issues.
  • Working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
