Earthworks Senior Site Manager / Project Manager required , reporting to the Operations Manager With experience in Earthworks or Groundworks A great opportunity for an experienced earthworks professional to secure a permanant role with room for growth and development in a professional and well established industry leading business.

Applications will be accepted from those not yet working at senior level but wishing to progress.

The purpose of this role: To manage the project to program, organise and manage the site team daily and ensure projects are completed in a safe and timely manner, within budget and in line with the goals set by the project team.

  • JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Site budget , requisitions
  • Responsible man-management of site staff / labour/resource levels
  • Identify and report on changes to program
  • Responsible for on-site safety
  • Site Level Client Communications /Generating and issuing client progress reports
  • Sub-contractor pre-starts and progress meetings
  • Identify changes/amendments to scope
  • Site based internal comms including ensuring everybody on-site is suitably trained
  • Compliance and implementation of temporary work designs
  • Liaison and management of stakeholder relationships PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Previous senior site management / project management experience.
  • Driving Licence
  • IOSH working safely
  • Good knowledge of HSQE legislation including but not limited to; CDM2015 and HASAWA1978.
  • Previous experience at working on complex projects.
  • Ability to understand and work to programs
  • Basic understanding of contractual obligations
