Job Description: RBC Dodge Industrial Ltd is a manufacturer of bearings and mechanical power transmission products. This is an industrial Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. The CSR will be responsible for handling phone and email enquiries from customers, providing price and lead time quotations, and entering and tracking orders. Technical knowledge will sometimes be required to support customers. The CSR will need to be comfortable with creating and monitoring domestic and international shipments of goods. Support with stocking, picking, and packing goods from the warehouse may on occasion be required
