The successful candidate will champion the college’s mission and help shape its future while upholding its record of delivering technical and vocational education that is inclusive, of the highest quality and responsive to the needs of employers across the South West and beyond.
This exciting opportunity entails close collaboration with the Corporation Board and management of the Senior Management Team to develop and execute strategic and innovative plans that cater to the evolving needs of the diverse communities the college serves.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the highest standards in learning, teaching and assessment
- Spearheading commercial strategies to ensure revenue generation
- Fulfilling statutory and regulatory obligations
- Leading the college’s digital transformation
