As Chief Finance Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across finance, procurement, MIS, risk management and the commercial operations functions. You will be accountable for the Partnership’s financial activities and a portfolio of key service areas, working closely with the CEO, Campus’ Principal’s, Executive Leadership Team, and the Board, monitoring and maintaining the group's resilience, and driving growth. Your focus will be on delivering to an exceptional standard whilst overseeing systems and processes to drive efficiencies and operational excellence, setting the highest standards of governance, professionalism and accountability across TEC Partnership.
You will be a qualified, commercially focused accountant with senior financial leadership experience, ideally gained in education or another complex regulated, multi-stakeholder environment. You will bring sound judgement, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues, governors and external partners to support the Partnership’s long-term sustainability and success.
