More client opportunities. Less administration. A client bank you can build for the long term. Doddle is expanding and we're looking for experienced, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisers who want the freedom and earning potential of self-employment without spending their working week generating leads or processing applications.

Our model lets Brokers focus on speaking to clients, advising, sourcing, converting business and building relationships. We provide the client opportunities, infrastructure, administration, training and ongoing support.

  • 10+ Qualified Mortgage Appointments Every Week: Active Advisers receive a minimum of 10 pre-booked, qualified mortgage appointments per week, subject to agreed availability. These are not cold leads or lists to chase. Clients have actively contacted us requesting to speak to a mortgage specialist, and appointments are qualified and booked directly into your calendar. There is no charge for Doddle-generated leads or appointments.

You tell us your availability, and the greater your availability, the greater the opportunity to fill your diary.

  • A Structured Broker Launch Programme: Every Adviser joining Doddle completes a structured onboarding and launch programme designed to get them operating confidently and productively. You'll receive:
  • Full onboarding across systems, technology and processes.
  • Training on the complete Doddle client journey.

  • Supported introduction to live client appointments.
  • A structured first month working with genuine mortgage opportunities.
  • Hands-on support while becoming established.

Development continues beyond onboarding, with ongoing specialist workshops, sales development, coaching and support - all free of charge.

  • You Advise. We Handle the Administration: We have the option for our administration and case-management team to handle the back-office processing behind your cases, including:
  • Obtaining required client documents.
  • Processing and submitting applications.
  • Case administration and progression.
  • Supporting compliance.
  • Ensuring files meet internal compliance requirements.

This keeps your time focused on client contact, sourcing, advice and generating business rather than paperwork.

  • Build Your Own Long-Term Client Bank: Our aim is to help you build your own valuable portfolio of clients under the Doddle umbrella. Clients you advise become part of your ongoing client bank, helping you build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business. We track future mortgage dates and remind you about product transfers, remortgages and repeat-business opportunities. You can also introduce your own clients and develop your own sources of business alongside the opportunities we provide.
  • Commission and Earnings: This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Doddle-generated business: 50% commission; Self-generated business: 75% commission.
