Self-Employed | Remote UK-Wide | Qualified Appointments Provided | Full Onboarding and Sales Development

You've passed CeMAP. Now turn your qualification into a career. Doddle is looking for ambitious, newly qualified Advisers with a strong sales background who want the training, support and opportunity to build a successful career in mortgage advice. You don't need CAS status or years of broking experience. You do need CeMAP, strong sales ability, confidence speaking to clients and the ambition to build your own business and client bank.

A Genuine Route From CeMAP to Mortgage Adviser

Every new Adviser completes structured onboarding covering:

  • Mortgage systems, sourcing and technology.
  • The Doddle client journey.
  • Compliance procedures.
  • Diary and pipeline management.
  • Client communication and relationship building.
  • Sales, conversion and objection handling.
  • Identifying mortgage and protection opportunities.
  • Building long-term client relationships.

This bridges the gap between knowing the theory and becoming a confident working adviser.

Work With Real Clients - With Support Around You

Following onboarding, you'll move into a supported live month, putting your training into practice with genuine mortgage clients while receiving hands-on guidance. You'll learn our processes, develop your sales skills and build confidence with an experienced team.

We Provide the Client Opportunities

As you progress and become established, active Advisers receive a minimum of 10 pre-booked, qualified mortgage appointments per week, subject to agreed availability. These are not cold leads. Clients have actively requested an appointment with a Mortgage Specialist, booked directly into your calendar. There is no charge for Doddle-generated leads or appointments. This lets you focus on advising, sourcing and converting business rather than building a lead-generation operation.

Training Continues After Onboarding

You'll have ongoing access to specialist mortgage workshops, sales and conversion training, adviser development, coaching and support - all free of charge. We aim to help you develop towards the performance levels of our established Advisers.

Build Your Own Client Bank

Our aim is to help you build your own long-term portfolio of mortgage clients under the Doddle umbrella. Clients you advise become part of your ongoing client bank. We track future mortgage dates and remind you about product transfers, remortgages and repeat-business opportunities. You can also introduce your own clients and benefit from an enhanced commission split.

Commission and Earnings

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

  • Doddle-generated business: 40% commission
  • Self-generated business: 70% commission

There is no lead cost on Doddle-generated business. Individual results vary by performance, conversion, availability and business written. Indicative earnings:

  • Competent advisers: approximately £4,000 per month.
  • Strong advisers: approximately £6,000 per month.
  • Highest-performing advisers: approximately £10,000 - £12,000 per month.

These figures are illustrative, not guaranteed.

Work From Anywhere in the UK

This is a genuinely remote and flexible opportunity. There are no mandatory office days or fixed core working hours. You tell us when you're available and manage your own schedule. Greater availability for appointments means greater opportunity to develop your pipeline and earnings.

About Doddle

Doddle operates under Winstree Financial Services, an established, directly authorised and fully independent Mortgage and Protection firm with more than 25 years of industry experience. We provide whole-of-market mortgage advice throughout the UK, covering residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let and protection, backed by lead-generation, administration, training and compliance support.

Who We're Looking For

You must:

  • Hold full CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification.
  • Have a strong sales background and/or mortgage or financial services experience.
  • Have genuine commercial and sales ability.
  • Be confident communicating with clients.
  • Be motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
  • Be organised, proactive and able to manage your own working day.
  • Be willing to learn, accept coaching and continually develop.
  • Be committed to professional and compliant advice.

Previous mortgage-broking experience and CAS status are not required. This role suits someone who has passed CeMAP but faces the classic problem: You need experience to get the job but you need the job to get the experience. We'll give the right person the opportunity to break that cycle.

You've Got The Qualification. We'll Help You Build The Adviser.

We'll provide:

  • Structured onboarding.
  • Intensive sales training.
  • A supported month working with live clients.
  • 10+ qualified appointments per week as you become established.
  • No lead costs.
  • Ongoing workshops and development.
  • Administration and case-management support.
  • Whole-of-market access.
  • The opportunity to build your own long-term client bank.
  • Uncapped earning potential.

You bring the CeMAP qualification, sales ability, work ethic and ambition. If you're ready to turn your qualification into a serious mortgage career, we'd like to hear from you.
