As a Food & Beverage Trainee Supervisor, you’ll gain real hands‑on experience in a busy hospitality environment while working towards a recognised qualification, with all training delivered in the workplace. No classrooms, no college days - just real experience, real skills and real career progression.
As part of this role, you’ll be working across all of Doddington Hall’s venues, including:
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Events and functions
Your apprenticeship training will be completed on the job, supported by your team and training provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping run day-to-day service and keeping everything running smoothly
- Supporting and guiding team members during busy shifts
- Preparing and serving drinks and food
- Welcoming customers, taking bookings, and creating a great first impression
- Talking to customers about the menu and recommending dishes or specials
- Handling payments and helping resolve customer issues
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
- Checking stock and making sure everything is ready for service

Pay
