We are delighted to be working with a renowned education business in North Somerset (T/O £30m) to recruit its next Chief Financial Officer.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join, during a period of change that requires strong financial leadership to inform and shape the organisation's long-term growth agenda.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance function, ensuring the organisation's financial integrity through enhanced business planning, forecasting, financial control, and reporting.
You will provide day-to-day line management for the finance department, with a keen focus on capital expenditure, risk management and compliance, and the analysis of key management information to shape and inform performance.
You will be a qualified, commercially orientated finance professional with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex customer-centric environment .
With strong technical expertise, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with complex revenue streams and capital investment initiatives.
You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, to shape strategic challenges through deliverable and workable solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
