We are delighted to be working with a high-profile and progressive education-focused organisation, renowned for its employer-led technical and vocational provision, aligned with the needs of students, employers and the wider communities across South Devon. To help facilitate this agenda, we are seeking an inspirational Director of High Performance, Culture & Belonging, as the organisation continues to invest and expand.
Reporting to the Chief Executive & Principal, you will work in close partnership with the executive team to align culture, capability and workforce planning with the organisation's strategic priorities. You will lead an integrated approach to talent development, reward, performance management, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion to ensure staff are equipped with the skills, confidence and support to deliver excellence in terms of customer engagement.
The role will lead the organisation’s people-centred strategy by shaping a high-performance, values-driven environment where all staff thrive.
To excel in this position, you should bring substantial experience in organisational design, culture development and performance management. Your track record should demonstrate a proven ability to drive change by placing people at the forefront of the organisation's development agenda.
