We are delighted to be working with a prominent educational institution renowned for its employer-led technical and vocational provision, aligned to the needs of students, employers, and the wider community. To support their ongoing development, we are seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer across HR, IT, Estates and Commercial on a 6-8 month interim contract.

You will provide strategic leadership and accountability across all operational activities and resources, working closely with the executive leadership team. You will align measures for performance monitoring and maintain organisational health. Your focus will be on delivering corporate services to an exceptional standard and overseeing systems and processes to ensure efficiency and excellence in line with group expectations at a time of great change.

This post is paying a salary of Circa £80,000 PA and our client is open to hybrid working with an office location in the South Lakes region of Cumbria.
