Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance and wider resourcing strategy, with the remit to ensure the financial integrity of the Group through enhanced business planning, financial control, and reporting, to maximise efficiencies and drive operational excellence. You will provide the day-to-day line management for the Finance, Audit, MI, Funding, Estates, Procurement, and IT functions, with a clear focus on business transformation, asset utilisation and commercial growth, whilst ensuring the corporate services function is highly customer centric and aligned to the changing needs of the organisation.
You will be a qualified, commercially focused finance professional with a wealth of strategic experience gained within a complex, regulated multi-stakeholder environment. Alongside an inspirational leadership style, you will bring excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with change and possess effective project management skills. You will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, solving complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
