As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our vibrant team in Lincoln, helping us deliver outstanding service and make a real difference for our clients.
The Role
The position is site based and following the initial project in Lincoln, you will be required to manage projects across the Eastern region. You will ideally have a background in the electrical/construction industry and significant experience of project supervision and management roles. MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential.
Based on site in the Lincoln area, duties will include:
- Planning and managing the execution of the construction project.
- Leading the project team and coordinating with consultants, senior management, contractors, and clients.
- Monitoring progress against the project schedule and budget.
- Attending internal and external progress meetings.
- Health & Safety management with support from DG QHSE manager.
- Specification and procurement of materials.
- Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
- Management and briefing of installation personnel.
- Resolving installation and access issues.
- Completion and submission of technical submissions.
- Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
