The role
We are now seeking qualified Electricians to assist with delivery of our contract at RAF Wattisham, for our FDIS Contract. Previous experience working in MOD/Defence sites is useful but not essential. You will be covering small works, refurbishments, and projects, varying from Domestic, industrial, commercial and HMO environments.
You will need:
Experience would be essential in the following wiring types and disciplines:
- PVC Containment, all types.
- Metallic Containment, all types.
- 6242B Cabling Systems
- 6491B Cabling Systems
- Fault finding and rectification.
- You will have a good, basic understanding of site-based H&S.

NVQ Level 3 – Electrical Installation Work or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2382 BS7671 of the Electrical Wiring Regulations -18th Edition.
- JIB Gold Card or proof of completing apprenticeship.
- C&G 2391-52 Test and inspection
- Driving licence
