With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Core Identity, Digital Signature, and Trust, you will own the narrative around Docusign’s foundation of security, compliance, and foundational agreement technologies—crafting and sharing Docusign’s trust story in the most engaging, persuasive way possible. Your expertise in marketing highly technical authentication, identity verification (IDV), and advanced digital signature standards (such as AES and QES) will shine as you collaborate across Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to drive an integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategy and differentiated narrative for global buyers, risk officers, and legal influencers.

You will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the challenges, global regulatory landscapes (like eIDAS and ESIGN), and buying journeys for trust-critical industries. Responsible for crafting high-impact messaging, positioning, and content, you will identify priority use cases where we have a right to win, define cross-functional GTM sales plays, and enable our global field teams with essential content and tools. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide our field teams with the insights and resources needed to close highly regulated enterprise deals, overcome trust barriers, and expand adoption of our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform across existing accounts.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Platform Product Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of differentiated positioning, high-impact messaging, and customer-facing content that establishes Docusign’s digital signature and identity verification solutions as the premier global standard for agreement security, trust, and compliance.
  • Drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new identity verification methods and premium trust services, defining the core product bill of materials and internal alignment to ensure successful cross-functional commercial readiness.
  • Own our primary trust web pages and internal sales enablement portals, ensuring both buyers and global field teams have immediate access to the latest identity, security, and compliance content.
  • Partner with product leads to establish data-driven feedback loops and tracking frameworks to measure user adoption of identity verification and digital signature features, using those insights to continuously optimize customer onboarding journeys and expand feature utilization.
  • Own the overarching trust, security, and global compliance narrative for the Docusign IAM platform; create high-impact value propositions that instill buyer confidence.
  • Serve as the primary SME on risk and compliance, uncovering deep customer insights and evolving global regulatory trends (like eIDAS) to optimize the sales cycle and identify high-priority trust use cases where Docusign has a right to win.
  • Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g., customer and partner conferences, sales meetings, executive briefings) by developing trust-centric narratives, presentations, and speaker materials that reinforce Docusign’s architectural security and validity.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, with a proven track record of managing high-growth products or platform portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies, product launch bills of materials (BOM), and sales enablement frameworks for enterprise revenue teams.
  • MBA from top tier school or work equivalent.
  • Domain expertise in identity verification (IDV), digital identity standards, and/or electronic signatures.
  • Strong working knowledge of global regulatory and compliance frameworks such as eIDAS, ESIGN, UETA, KYC/AML, or SOC 2.
  • Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data for customer insights and recommendations.
  • Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision.
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.
