The Social Value & Improvement Manager will lead and coordinate DrPA Secure's social value initiatives and continuous improvement programmes at Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil. This role ensures measurable positive outcomes for staff, stakeholders, and the local community while embedding best practice across operations. The post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team, operational staff, and external partners to implement initiatives, track outcomes, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job:

  • Identify and promote opportunities to create positive outcomes for communities, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local agencies and community organisations.
  • Monitor and report on social value initiatives using data and impact metrics.
  • Lead service improvement projects to enhance operational processes and performance.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and track improvement plans, evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Support operational staff in embedding best practices and improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison with internal teams, the Senior Management Team, external partners, and community organisations.
  • Ensure initiatives meet community needs and organisational objectives.

Reporting & Governance:

  • Produce clear reports on social value and improvement initiatives for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of projects and impact assessments.
  • Support audits, inspections, and evaluations relating to social value and operational performance.

As Social Value & Improvement Manager, you will lead and coordinate social value initiatives and continuous improvement programmes across Manston STHF and Western Jet Foil. You will develop and implement social value strategy aligned with Home Office requirements, build community partnerships, and monitor impact using data and metrics. You will lead service improvement projects, conduct audits, and support staff in embedding best practice across operations. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, the Senior Management Team, and external partners, you will produce clear reports, maintain accurate records, and support governance and compliance activities. You will champion DrPA Secure's CARE ethos, promote equality, diversity and inclusion, and work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
