Role Overview
As the Relationship Co-ordinator (Vaccinations), you are responsible for the growth and retention of our client base.
Being able to prioritise opportunities, manage your time and be commercially astute are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Take full responsibility for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels including past clients, inbound inquiries, tenders, events, Linked In, and personal research and outreach.
- Collaborate with the wider team to craft compelling proposals and quotes.
- Relationship Development & Client Retention
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and support.
- Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in client relationship management or business development.
