Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Assistants to join our Covent Garden store on a part‑time (32 hours per week) contract. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, representing the Doctor‑IT brand in a positive and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute positively toward the store’s sales and profitability budgets by achieving personal sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand within the local community.
  • Maintain front‑ and back‑of‑house standards on the shop floor.
  • Apply accurate company administration procedures and company security procedures.
  • Support store management procedures in line with company policy.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Accurately process transactions through the till system.
  • Undertake any other reasonable activity required by senior management.

  • Excellent customer care and advanced selling skills.
  • Experience in a target‑oriented environment.
  • Professional and respectful manner when interacting with all individuals.
  • Understanding of current market trends in clothing and fashion.
