The role: You will own and deliver key initiatives across the product roadmap with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. You will leverage analytics, KPIs, and user insights to shape product strategy, ensuring measurable outcomes that improve patient experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to translate data into actionable product improvements.
Remuneration: £65,000 - £70,000, depending on experience
Work location: London office based (up to 2-3 days WFH)

Key accountabilities / responsibilities
- Product Discovery & Definition: Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, customer needs, and operational constraints. Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses. Define clear success metrics and measurable outcomes for all initiatives. Translate insights into problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with embedded KPIs.
- Roadmap Contribution & Prioritisation: Contribute to shaping the roadmap and defining feature sets within your product area. Collaborate with Head of Product to prioritise initiatives based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Ensure all backlog items have defined impact metrics and business value. Continuously monitor performance against roadmap objectives and adjust priorities based on data.
- Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, to ensure features are delivered with tracking and measurement plans in place. Lead sprint planning and ensure data instrumentation is included in development. Support UAT and release planning with a focus on validating success metrics post-launch.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress using dashboards and reports that highlight KPIs, adoption, and ROI. Influence stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations and insights. Collaborate with external partners to integrate data sources and enhance reporting capabilities.

- Essential: Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively. Curious, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider product team. Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on data analytics and metrics. Ability to define and track KPIs, OKRs, and measure product success. Skilled in using tools like BI dashboards, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly. Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries. Familiarity with data governance and compliance in healthcare.
