The role

We\’ve built the tech and clinical infrastructure. Now we are focused on growing our enterprise pipeline. We have a handful of large clients who love us, but we need help generating qualified leads predictably, by testing whatever channels make sense for complex B2B healthcare buyers. This means getting your hands dirty: writing sequences, building campaigns, running experiments, and hiring agencies/freelancers where needed. You\’ll own lead generation end-to-end.

Your next role

As a DCA Digital Physiotherapist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients to assess, diagnose, and manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal and complex conditions, providing tailored treatment plans, and referrals as needed. As part of our rapidly growing team, you\’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, shaping the future of physiotherapy bringing exceptional care to those who need it delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through digital platforms, including video and phone consultations.

What we are looking for

Digital Physiotherapist who are able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours a week to provide virtual consultations via our intuitive platform, delivering high quality care to our patients.

Salaried Sessions

We offer fixed shifts and sessions (minimum of 16 hours a week) that can be divided throughout the week based on your preferred hours between 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday), along with optional additional \’ad-hoc\’ shifts. Annual salary based on 40 hours FTE: £49,000.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive remote physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions via our digital platform, ensuring a seamless patient experience
• Assess and diagnose a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, provide evidence-based treatment strategies, and guide patients through rehabilitation programs
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including consultation notes and referrals, ensuring compliance with DCA policies and protocols, clinical governance and data protection standards.
• Signposting patients to the most appropriate services or care settings
• Work closely within a large, multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, ACPs and non-clinical professionals to provide integrated patient care
• Adhere to DCA\’s regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care in a digital healthcare environment
• Implement provisions related to Mental Health Legislation (Mental Health Act 2007, Mental Capacity Act 2005) in accordance with legislative requirements, Codes of Practice, and national guidance
• Identifying potential vulnerable patients, recognizing signs of abuse or neglect, and completing safeguarding referrals in accordance with local and national policies

Experience / Education

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum of three years experience in Physiotherapy within an MSK service in Primary Care or General Practice, working at Level 7 or above
• Completed FCP 1 & 2 accreditation
• Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner qualification (desirable)
• Experience conducting remote patient assessments (phone and video)
• Independent non-medical prescribing qualification (Desirable)
• Valid IR(ME)R certificate valid within the last 3 years

Knowledge And Skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of national prescribing policies and guidelines, and an understanding of working within the scope of professional practice. (Desirable)
• Knowledge of clinical governance principles as applied to remote working and digital healthcare. (Desirable)
• Proficiency with clinical IT systems (ideally with Jira and Teams/Slack)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and ongoing professional development
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to proficiently document patient consultations according to organizational policy and national guidelines
• Ability to recognize individual learning needs and actively seek professional development opportunities in line with local and national frameworks (e.g., HCPC revalidation requirements)
• Ability to act as a professional role model, demonstrating organizational values and behaviours
• Skill in sharing knowledge and evidence-based insights to support team development and quality care (Desirable)
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Desirable)
• A patient‑centred approach ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and clinical care
