We are looking for a People Operations & Engagement Coordinator to join Doctify at an exciting growth stage. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of a People career who is eager to own day-to-day people operations while building experience in engagement, culture, and project work.

Most of your time will focus on fundamentals that keep our teams running smoothly - onboarding and offboarding, handling people queries, compliance, and global office management. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, engagement initiatives, and cultural programmes.
