We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, with the primary focus on GTM hiring including Account Executives, SDRs, and Account Managers. You’ll work closely with senior commercial stakeholders, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, while helping us continuously improve our hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Owning end-to-end recruitment across GTM functions, primarily Account Executives, SDRs and Account Managers
- Using data and reporting to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
- Continuously improving hiring processes and interview quality
- Building talent pipelines for future commercial growth
You’ll have 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house, a blend of both would be desirable). You will have experience hiring commercial/GTM roles (e.g. SDRs, AEs, Account Managers). You will be process oriented, with experience using ATS platforms (Teamtailor would be highly desirable). You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and expectations are high.
