  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, and Customer Success to remove friction in the sales cycle, sharpen competitive positioning, and enhance prospective client pitches.
  • Culture & Talent Scaling: Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent while maintaining a high-retention, supportive, and execution-driven team culture.

About you:

  • 12+ Years in B2B Sales: Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or platform environments.
  • 5+ Years in Second-Level Management: Demonstrated experience leading managers. Proven success running teams of 20+, with an adaptive leadership style and a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels with reports.

  • Hands-on deal execution: Shows a desire to lead from the front, actively helping others shorten deal cycles and close deals.
  • Healthcare Experience (Bonus): Exposure to digital health, private healthcare providers or health tech platforms is a plus, but not required.
